Sips for Scholarships Returns

What do you call a community gathering where Melrosians come together for the greater good?

Sips for Scholarships — the annual event benefiting the Melrose High School Permanent Scholarship Fund.

What made it so special? Most attendees didn’t even have children at MHS, yet they showed up — purchasing tickets, enjoying the evening, and supporting scholarships that will help the next generation of leaders.

It was truly heartwarming to see everyone sampling wines and spirits, reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and sharing one common goal: improving the lives of students they don’t even know.

This is what community looks like — and honestly, what bipartisan politics should be.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended, sponsored, and made this sold-out event such an inspiring success!
