Meet the Wise Women of Melrose Highlands Congregational Church.
Gathering at the church on Franklin Street, the Wise Women are more than just a group — they’re a circle of friendship, faith, and laughter. They come together to share life’s joys and challenges, offering support, encouragement, and a listening ear.
Today, the women gathered for tea and a “burden burning” ceremony — each writing down something they wished to let go of, and then burning those notes together. The experience was both symbolic and healing, a moment to release negativity and make space for new hope and aspirations.
Through laughter, love, and genuine connection, these women walk beside one another on every step of life’s journey.
